General Terms and Conditions of HEALTH WORLD GYM with Users of Fitness and Wellness Services

These terms describe the rules and regulations for the use of the Health World Gym website, located at https://www.myhealthworld.co.za, the mobile application Health World Gym, and the use of fitness and wellness services.

The following terminology applies to these General Terms and Conditions, Internal Rules, and Privacy Policy:

Online Store – HEALTH WORLD GYM, owned by the Service Provider, available at https://www.myhealthworld.co.za and the mobile application Health World Gym, through which Users can enter into contracts (agreements) for the purchase of services offered by the Service Provider;

Service User – any person who uses the service offered by the Service Provider after registration under these General Terms and Conditions and has an active user profile for using the online store, or has purchased the offered service on-site at a Service Provider's location;

User Profile – created upon completion of registration and a unique profile in the online store's database for the respective User to use HEALTH WORLD GYM, accessible by entering a username and password;

Order – any individual request made to the Service Provider by a User for the purchase of services on-site or from the online store;

Accepted Order – any Order as defined in the previous point, which the Service Provider has explicitly confirmed;

Services – fitness and/or wellness services offered at the Service Provider's locations, with a detailed description of the services (parameters) available at https://www.myhealthworld.co.za and the mobile application HEALTH WORLD GYM;

Service Parameters – data on what the Service includes, where it can be used, usage period, possibility of termination, payment methods and terms, and any other information provided by the Service Provider for each service offered;

Service Provider's Location – the place where the Services are used, with indicated working hours during which the Services can be used;

"Party", "Parties" or "We" refers to both the User and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary for our assistance to the User in the most appropriate manner, with the express purpose of meeting the User's needs in respect of the provision of the Service Provider's stated services. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
